We can provide examples of how claims have been handled to the satisfaction of clients.
These relate to the actions of the principal of the firm over his legal career now extending 25 years, when employed at various law firms.
Michael: “Peter managed to overcome a hard nosed insurer using statements of my co-workers he obtained before the insurer could get to them first.”
Steve: “The other side refused to make any offers. Before going to trial Peter encouraged me to make a competitive formal offer, which we beat at trial, so I was awarded indemnity legal costs. This made a huge difference to my in hand figure and made the stressful claim worthwhile.”
Steven: “I had an out of time claim but with a great legal team we got a Court to extend my time for bringing a claim.”
Lynette: “I had real problems at work but still worked hard long hours despite my injuries. With Peter’s help we got the evidence needed to show how this would impact on my future earning ability.”
K: “I needed surgery to help my recovery. The insurer were refusing to fund it because their doctor didn’t believe I needed it yet. Peter helped me find the right treating doctor and with other reports we convinced the insurer to fund my treatment. Without winning this fight I would not be where I am today.”
